Face Detection

Enter subhead content here

If the multicolor fearsome face decor of Masai people of Mozambique  is too primitive a kind we could see these kind of tactics in modern day cricket as well.

In a land of wilderness of Mozambique such kind of mask has a purpose.... to ward off evil spirits and to scar wild animals. These innovative tactics repeated here in cricket by tempering  the face, the bowlers at the cricket ground.

look at a Sri-Lankan bowler (face painted in white) and his colleague with a wild hair decor, the Lions (Sri Lankans) capitalising on strategy of fear psychosis. The technique also effective to defy the latest face-detection of Digital cameras, or a Third umpire decision relying totally on a camera replay, to make a decision.

(these tactics for a moment  (at least) is allowed, at the pitch along with  bouncers that has become a accepted norms,of today's cricket  until unless some one would try to experiment with much more scaring face mask. By the time a new code of conduct will be imposed and the above technique would also become perilous like the earlier tricks, like..ball tempering, chucking, coating with Vaseline etc.

In  modern day cricket,...apart from  net practice,  especially the bowlers should take this advice for a regular to visit to a  beauty parlor for such a facial  treatment or for a more wilder things with interesting names. But here I simply call it asA treatment of face and hair temper.

Gone are  days of gentleman games of Kapil Dev, Imran Khan or Malcommarshall,I very much I doubt whether  they simply know such things.

The lions knew it has worked on their way in their one day innings against the Tigers (The India ...the biggest of  the cat family) and quite naturally it should, against the humble kiwis and kangaroos.  Later on I  come to realise ,my prediction has gone wrong –instead it went to  Aussie's way probably they possessed even more magical tools.

Then along the street of the street Carnival in California or in the  HOLI festival of India, these (décor) were done but in a jubilant mood. Would you then expect a technique called face-detection inbuilt in a modern camera to assist focusing would work properly?

'Face-detection’ is one among a handful of new-mantras  along with other older ones like ‘Red eye correction’ repeatedly chanted at the Mega photographic events like photo-kina or  PMA shows mainly as a business strategy.    Underneath this sumptuous technique, meant for the mystic rituals of focusing  that heavily relies on  weak-logics that get easily perturbed  as explained above ,which also has lesser scope for creative functionality.

‘Red Eye’ of in-camera  correction >>  In India we are very scared of ‘Red Eye’ but the malignant is only responsive to an Antibiotic lotion, than a photographic soft ware, because it is a viral disease, called ‘Madras eye’ which makes the eye turn Red in Summer, Fortunately I had never got one, either virally or in photography, so should I really care for it?

Here it is only, Just a little exaggeration to show how this modern technique is fallible, but mainly a fun is intended.

...But it relates to an unfortunate Mr. Nobody ,a photographer, whose latest Digital Camera that got funked to do ‘face detection’ as he tries to photograph those people, on an assignment at remote location. But you indistinctly know why?  More about these materials of  his 'Dreams yet to come true Camera' , you will find later in the site (which will be periodically updated).

     But wait...a..a minute

In a world where there are more important matters than cricket or fun is to you and me,and in a punishing real-life situation, it is more appropriate for me to narrow down here to deal with my technique and issues related to photography, apart from,  anticipation of some future prospect for  me.

I presume ,A real trend setter, is technically a one that should assist you with a in-camera function for creativity. Incidentally  one such is, a technique of mine (I would prefer to call it as Flash-selection. Logically I am suppose to be more knowledgeable on this subject as the creator) hence I wish to take little more  liberty to talk more authoritatively here.

Flash-selection>>>is not meant or sounds to be  an espionage tool, like the face-detection is.
